Five Things The Chamber Did For Your Business: April 6 – April 10, 2026

At the Murrieta/Wildomar Chamber of Commerce, we’re committed to championing local businesses and fostering connections that create opportunity and growth. Whether we’re celebrating milestones, strengthening partnerships, or advocating for regional priorities, our work is focused on building a thriving, connected, and resilient community. Curious what we’ve been up to?

Here are five highlights from the past week:

  1. Patrick attended the Murrieta City Council meeting, where he was honored to receive a proclamation officially recognizing April as Innovation Month. This recognition highlights our commitment to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic growth within our community.
  2. We held our Board of Directors meeting, bringing together our leadership team to discuss key initiatives and continue guiding the organization’s impact in our business community. We also shared a heartfelt farewell to Nicole Albrecht, who completed her second six-year term of dedicated service on the Board. Her leadership, commitment, and contributions over the years have made a lasting impact.
  3. Patrick hosted the Explore Murrieta quarterly board meeting, bringing together partners to discuss ongoing marketing efforts aimed at promoting Murrieta as a premier destination. The group reviewed current strategies and explored new opportunities, including the development of collaborative marketing packages with member businesses to further highlight what our community has to offer.
  4. We had a packed house at our April Networking Breakfast! Our featured speaker, Jared Giles, CEO of Southwest Healthcare System, delivered an informative presentation on key healthcare trends impacting our community, offering valuable perspective on how these changes affect local businesses and workforce needs.
  5. We’re excited to share that we’ve received our temporary certificate of occupancy for the front half of the Murrieta Innovation Center (MIC) as we continue moving back into the space. This milestone marks a major step toward completion and brings us even closer to our anticipated grand re-opening.

We’re proud to support such a dynamic and collaborative business community—one rooted in strong relationships, shared vision, and continued momentum. Whether you’ve joined us at an event, supported us behind the scenes, or followed along online, thank you for the energy and partnership you bring to our collective success.
