Five Things The Chamber Did For Your Business: July 28 – August 1, 2025

At the Murrieta/Wildomar Chamber of Commerce, our mission is to create meaningful opportunities that help local businesses flourish. From celebrating successes and strengthening connections to driving community growth, we’re dedicated to building a thriving business community. Curious about what we’ve been up to?

Here are five highlights from the past week:

  1. We were honored to celebrate the Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening of Tip of the Spear Psychotherapy Group in Murrieta! Founded by veteran Dr. Michael DeSena, PsyD, LCSW, this new practice brings compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Their dedicated team specializes in supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD/Autism testing, relationship challenges, and more—always with a personalized approach rooted in empathy, accountability, and a deep commitment to each person’s unique journey.
  2. Patrick joined the Economic Development Strategy Community Workshop in Menifee, contributing to key discussions around job growth, business attraction, and support for local industries—as part of the city’s broader Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) process. The workshop provided a platform for residents and businesses to share ideas, help shape Menifee’s economic future, and support the city's vision for sustainable growth and prosperity.

Working alongside city leaders, Patrick added valuable Chamber insight into business retention and expansion needs. His participation underscores the Chamber’s ongoing commitment to supporting Menifee’s economic development journey—bringing Chamber and business community voices into the planning and future strategies.

  3. We had an unforgettable time at Murrieta Night with the Lake Elsinore Storm! The evening kicked off with an expo at the gates, followed by a ceremonial first pitch from Mayor Cindy Warren before the crowd cheered on the Storm. With plenty of Murrieta pride filling the stands, it was the perfect night for families, friends, and fans of all ages to come together and celebrate community spirit through America’s favorite pastime.
  4. Patrick joined the Wellness Table hosted by the City of Murrieta, where local healthcare professionals and business leaders came together for a meaningful discussion on expanding community resources and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. This roundtable created an open space to hear directly from wellness professionals about the tools and support they need to best serve our community—highlighting the shared commitment between the City, Chamber, and wellness partners to foster a healthier, more supportive Murrieta.
  5. Our Board of Directors meeting was filled with productive conversations focused on the Chamber’s future planning. Together, we discussed upcoming priorities and laid the groundwork for next month’s Annual Board Retreat, where we’ll continue shaping our strategic vision to best serve our business community.

We’re committed to strengthening our business community through purposeful events, genuine connections, and opportunities for shared growth. Whether you’ve joined us in person, shown your support, or stayed connected from afar, we deeply value your involvement and the energy you bring to this journey.
