Five Things The Chamber Did For Your Business: June 16 – June 20, 2025

At the Murrieta/Wildomar Chamber of Commerce, we’re focused on creating meaningful opportunities that help our local businesses grow and thrive. Whether it’s celebrating milestones, fostering new connections, or driving community progress, our work is all about building a stronger, more vibrant business environment. Want to see what we’ve been working on?

Here are five standout moments from the past week:

  1. Patrick attended the Medical Leaders Luncheon hosted by Loma Linda University. This annual event brings together healthcare professionals, community partners, and local leaders for an insightful afternoon of networking and collaboration. Attendees heard valuable updates from key medical institutions, discussed regional healthcare priorities, and explored opportunities to support the continued growth of the healthcare sector in Southwest Riverside County. It was a meaningful exchange of ideas that reinforced the importance of strong partnerships in advancing community wellness and workforce development.
  2. Patrick was honored to attend the “Building Brighter Futures in the Third District” event, bringing together local leaders, nonprofits, and community members for an afternoon of connection and collaboration. Hosted by Supervisor Chuck Washington, the event focused on an engaging panel discussion exploring the Riverside County Probation’s role in the justice system. It was an inspiring opportunity to strengthen partnerships and support the important work being done to uplift and serve our region.
  3. The Murrieta City Council approved a Transient Occupancy Tax Revenue Sharing Agreement with Safar & Safar Brothers, Inc., paving the way for a new hotel project that will boost local tourism and economic activity. The Chamber proudly spoke in support of this agreement, highlighting the importance of public-private partnerships in driving sustainable growth. By voicing our support, we reinforced our commitment to advocating for smart development that benefits our entire business community and demonstrated alignment with the City’s forward-thinking approach to economic development.
  4. We celebrated a new chapter for Explore Murrieta at The Alleyway! Guests were welcomed by CEO Patrick Ellis and Chairman of the Board John Wang, who shared the vision and inspiration behind the rebrand. The evening featured delicious food and wine from local vendors, live music, and an incredible turnout of community leaders and friends. It was a memorable night filled with connection, celebration, and a shared look toward the future of Murrieta’s tourism and economic growth.
