Five Things The Chamber Did For Your Business: April 28 – May 2, 2025

At the Murrieta/Wildomar Chamber of Commerce, we’re always working to create meaningful opportunities that help local businesses thrive. Whether it’s celebrating successes, fostering connections, or supporting community growth, every effort is focused on strengthening our local business community. Wondering what we've been working on? Here are five highlights from the past week!

1. We had a fantastic turnout at our April Coffee with the City of Murrieta! This month’s event featured an informative presentation from the Murrieta Fire & Rescue Department, where they shared highlights from their annual report, discussed ongoing initiatives, and provided valuable tips on creating defensible space to better protect homes and businesses from fire risks. Community members had the opportunity to engage directly with the department, ask important questions, and learn more about how Murrieta is prioritizing public safety.

2. We recently met with the new Director of Azusa Pacific University’s Regional District to explore exciting partnership opportunities with the Murrieta/Wildomar Chamber of Commerce. Our discussion focused on how we can collaborate to drive economic growth, support workforce development, and strengthen ties between the business and education communities. We’re excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to working together to create positive, lasting impact in our region.

3. We had a fantastic time hosting our annual New Member Reception at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort! Our Board of Directors, Chamber staff, and Community Partners came together to welcome and celebrate the businesses that joined our Chamber over the past year. It was an evening full of great food, meaningful conversations, and new connections. We’re excited to see these new members grow and thrive within our Chamber community!

4. We recently held our monthly Ambassador’s Meeting, where our dedicated ambassadors—true champions of the Chamber—gathered to discuss the latest updates and strategies to further strengthen our community. The meeting focused on upcoming events, key initiatives, and the development of outreach plans to engage new members and enhance our Chamber's presence. It was an inspiring session, filled with fresh ideas and renewed energy, as our ambassadors continue to play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our local business community.

5. We had the opportunity to attend the monthly Wildomar Commercial Real Estate Meetup hosted by the City of Wildomar, where commercial real estate professionals from across the region gathered to network, share industry knowledge, and explore local development opportunities. The event provided valuable insights into current market trends, investment prospects, and the future growth potential of the area. It was a fantastic chance to connect with key players in the commercial real estate sector, discuss collaborative possibilities, and stay informed about the exciting developments shaping Wildomar’s economic landscape.
