To enroll in the program fill out the form and send it into the Chamber. You will receive a call from the representative from Office Depot who will provide you with the card you need to show when you purchase in person, or list on line when you shop on line.. You can charge you purchase to the card or another credit card. You can discuss with the Office Depot staff other options.
